Description: | An aqueous solution of glycerol is ejected from a nozzle to form a droplet at a Reynolds number of 6. This phenomenon is captured using a high speed camera at 20,000 fps, using a shadowgraphy method. The video shows only 75 milliseconds of the fast breakup dynamics. |
