Abstract: | This talk is based on the book, Unravelling the Kashmir Knot by Dr Hingorani. Dr Hingorani is a lawyer and mediator in the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Delhi. He has taught in programmes at various institutions in India (including National Judicial Academy, Bhopal; University of Delhi Campus Law Centre; Indian Law Institute, New Delhi) and abroad (including Keble College, Oxford; Warwick University Law School; South Asian Institute of Advanced Legal and Human Rights Studies, Dhaka). |
