The Cambridge Freshfields Lecture is an annual address delivered by a guest of the Cambridge Private Law Centre, and the event is sponsored by Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. In 2016, the lecture was delivered as part of the proceedings of the Obligations VII Conference, which was held at Downing College Cambridge from 19-22 July.
