Abstract: | Campbell McLachlan QC (Ph D (Lond), Dip (cl) (Hag Acad Int'l Law)) is Professor of International Law in Victoria University of Wellington. He has held visiting fellowships at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law Cambridge, All Souls College Oxford and NYU Law School. He is past President of the Australian and New Zealand Society of International Law and has taught at The Hague Academy of International Law. His most recent book Foreign Relations Law, published by Cambridge University Press in September 2014, is the first modern study of the the law relating to the external exercise of the public power of states in the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth. |
