About this item
Description: | A visit to two streets near to the home of the great Chinese poet Xu Zhimo in October 2012. The atmosphere of willows, boats and old buildings, some of which must have been present when the Xu family were living nearby in the 1920's, is very evocative and not dissimilar to Cambridge in England, which he came to love. |
